Based on the best selling book by author and business consultant Patrick Lencioni, this engrossing workshop will help take your team to a higher level of performance as a more constructive, cohesive team. The workshop is designed for teams of 3 to 12 individuals seeking a way forward to utilize all of the best skills each person brings to the table, bridging those skills into a single, constructive entity. The goal is to get your team to recognize teamwork as a strategic choice in achieving stated goals for your organization. The focus of the model is five-fold:

There are comprehensive guided exercises for each of these areas for your team to work through as well as individual and team assessments which can be completed either prior to or during the workshop. The workshop is designed so there are three options for you to choose from:
