School Leadership Coaching: is designed for individuals working within the education system who are constantly strapped for time and resources while working with the ever-present stresses of school reform. Take a deep breath and spend a little coaching time each week creating new and more effective strategies to deal with all of the changes relentlessly coming at you. Together, we look at your leadership skills, style and abilities while facilitating and participating in meetings to see where improvements can be made. We work together, with a curious mindset, to figure out how to best leverage your resources and talent pool. As a coaching team, the two of us help you define the changes necessary to be a more effective, constructive leader. An accountability system is then designed to monitor these changes. We take you back to why you became an educator in the first place and reinvigorate your dedication to the kids!

Pricing

Agreement and Fees

Full time coaching: (3) 1 hour sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months - $450.00/mo

Retainer: (12) 1 hour sessions to be used within a twelve month period - $1,600.00 
(Only available to clients who have finished a 3 month coaching contract)

Prep time as needed:  $125.00/hour
