Myers Briggs Personality Indicator Workshops

This workshop is designed to help teams and individuals discover their best-fit personality pattern using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment.  Interplay Coaching adds in another layer to this self-discovery process by incorporating powerful applications using the interconnected Temperament and Interaction Styles.  Many people are familiar with the MBTI tool but have not used it in tandem with Temperament and Interaction styles.  We do and this is where the learning really comes alive for teams! Temperament theory refers to your inner values, core needs and talents that you bring to your life and the people you work with.  Interaction Styles are based on observable behavioral patterns that help you predict how you will react in any given situation and how to recognize sources of conflict.  Discover your best fit within the 16 personality type profiles and, additionally, what your temperament is and how that plays out in your interaction style with the people you work with and in your life. 

For example, find out why it is that your team may lean heavily on getting things done quickly without taking time looking at unintended consequences, while others may be paralyzed attending non-productive meeting after meeting.  Learn why some people on your team may feel shut out of the process altogether and why others work creating an inspired atmosphere.  Most of all, you will learn that everyone has something to bring to the proverbial table and how a group of people can adapt to allow for differences in styles and belief systems.  This workshop is a great way to focus on the individual players while in a group setting and how they can work together to meld into a high performing team!

    • Enable self-awareness and teach skills that are adaptable to any level of the organization.
    • Foster more buy-in and ownership of personality diversity and understanding of others while making the process fun. When people are invested in the process, they are more likely to apply the new knowledge after the session.
    • Promote increased self-leadership. Participants will be encouraged to take responsibility for their own behaviors and understand better how to get their needs met.

  3. Helping people feel like they are free to explore and are not being labeled or put in a box
  4. Understanding participants get to choose their best fit pattern regardless of assessment outcomes

1 full day workshop:  $2,000.00
2 full day workshop: $3,000.00
