We create a series of meetings meant to focus activities on a daily, weekly or bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Agendas are written in real-time instead of ahead of time so the topics discussed are meaningful to team members. Leaders are taught to take the lead in making meeting topics compelling, framed in an urgent, dramatic way. Leaders learn skills to become responsible for provoking relevant and ideological conflict among team members with the goal of getting all ideas out on the table for the purpose of more constructive decision making. You spend a lot of time in meetings.
