Developing Leaders as Coaches: is designed for leaders at all levels of organizations and businesses who desire to be more intentional and conscious about their role as a leader. You may ask yourself the question, “who do I need to be as a leader to make x,y,z happen?”  We will work with you to harness your coaching skills as a leader, where you develop the talent of the people you have brought into your organization and mine them for perspectives, insights, and creativity to help you dominate your industry. This coaching enables you take a look at the culture of your organization, its strengths and weaknesses, and define strategies to shift the culture as needed. What results is an organization obsessed with aligning energies, actions and leadership with your stated goals and objectives. Be prepared to focus on the values, beliefs and commitments you bring to your leadership position, which set the tone for everybody else, and how these ideals interplay with the actions and accountability of your company.

Pricing

Agreement and Fees

Full time coaching: (3) 1 hour sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months - $450.00/mo

Retainer: (12) 1 hour sessions to be used within a twelve month period - $1,600.00
(Only available to clients who have finished a 3 month coaching contract)

Prep time as needed: $125.00/hour
