Individual Personal Coaching: is for the individual who is interested in unleashing greater potential, venturing down a new path, or taking time to be more focused on existing goals. It is our belief that you are the best and only expert on your life and no matter where you are in life or business, your potential reaches beyond your current performance.  With coaching, you explore the life you want to design and unleash your inner resources, so often overlooked. You develop the capacity to take a stand in the future you wish to create and begin your journey to discover yourself, alter behaviors as needed and act upon the vastness of your potential. 

As your coach, I initially operate from a state of “not knowing” and being extremely curious about you and the perspectives you bring to coaching. In this context, I can more freely hear you without my assumptions or preconceived ideas getting in your way. In “not knowing” what you are about, the responsibility rests with you to clarify your life, work, goals, dreams, values, challenges and accomplishments for me, your coach. Therein begins the journey of stepping into the future you want to design. I work with you to safely explore critical areas of your life and, at times, challenge your thinking models by asking you powerful questions, with your permission, of course! Finally, I work with you to hold you accountable to achieve the results you want. However, the responsibility for your success in achieving those results rests entirely with you.

Finally, all of this work is made more valuable and fun by injecting a sense of humor into the process. After all, serious work can be done without taking yourself too seriously. Think of comedians who so often have us look at the dark sides of ourselves with humor and bingo, that’s when we get the message! So…be sure and bring a sense of humor with you and big dreams!

Pricing

Agreement and Fees

Full time coaching: (3) 1 hour sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months - $375.00/mo

Retainer: (12) 1 hour sessions to be used within a twelve month period - $1,250.00 
(Only available to clients who have finished a 3 month coaching contract)
