Business Executive Coaching: is designed for busy business executives and managers at all levels. Focus is on defining an “impossible future” and clarifying what would represent winning to you in your chosen profession.  We will identify the strategies and tactics needed to move you to your desired path of success. As coach and client, we delve together into the critical components of your work, creating a filter through which to view and prioritize all of your efforts. As partners, we work with developing more effective ways of communicating within your business organization and learn to spill those newfound communication skills into your personal life as an additional benefit. Finally, we focus on leadership and who you need to be as a leader. How do you show up? Is what you say actually in alignment with what you do?  What’s missing? What key goals and actions do you need to put into place to get to a higher level of performance? You will be inspired by what you get out of this coaching as it will greatly enhance your attention on the work you do and the person you are becoming. When you take the time to evaluate your efforts with a conscious attempt at creating change, you will.

Pricing

Agreement and Fees

Full time coaching: (3) 1 hour sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months - $450.00/mo

Retainer: (12) 1 hour sessions to be used within a twelve month period - $1,600.00 
(Only available to clients who have finished a 3 month coaching contract)

Prep time as needed: $125.00/hour
